PAUSE at the BEGINNING

Operators:
Do we REALLY need a PAUSE at the BEGINNING of a multi-event i.e. Billboard? We don’t have to double-strike BETWEEN each panel, why should we have to (remember to) double strike at the BEGINNING. This is inconsistent and distracting. Discuss.
